將近四年沒好好重訓,加上剖腹產後腹部無力,很多動作自己練習時都覺得好像哪裡不對勁,最後決定上教練課,由教練的帶領下,幫助我把肌肉的記憶找回來。😌💪🏽  這幾次的訓練,發現核心力量好重要,核心無力做很多動作都無法穩住軀幹、讓動作標準。強健的核心肌群能保護脊椎,讓姿勢、體態更好,我自己有骨盆前傾的問題,常常下背痠痛,教練說會增加一些核心跟背部肌肉的鍛鍊,讓核心出力把骨盆拉回來~  After being pregnant, I stopped doing workout or other sports. Later on when I tried to get back to my workout routine, I was always feeling strange, like my muscles forget how to push. Maybe it’s because of the C-section or haven’t been working out for too long time.   In the end, I decided to start the personal training class, with the professional help to get back my power. I wanna be strong, no matter inside or outside. 😎✌🏽
